Dynamic Chiropractic and Wellness Center will be joining the Spring into Wellness Expo at the Forest Mall!

Dynamic Chiropractic and Wellness Center is hosting a Tai Chi and Meditation class. 

Linda Heimerman, CHTP, will be leading these classes which will show you unique and
effective techniques in working with the body’s energy field to heal and balance the body.  You will learn a variety of exercises and meditation methods for calming yourself as well as Tai Chi for flexibility and balance.  Tai Chi  creates strong mobility, it is easily adaptable, and easily learned for all ages!

Linda Heimerman is a certified Healing Touch Practitioner, Reiki Level II, and Capacitar
Practitioner.  Linda teaches these classes from her Heaven on Earth Healing Alternatives studio as well as St. Francis Home, retreats, and health care centers. 

An evening and morning class will be offered.  These classes will be an hour long over a four week period.  The evening class will begin Wednesday, May 23rd through June 13th, 2012 from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.  The morning class will begin Thursday, May 24th through June 14th, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  The cost will be $30
payable the first week of class.  This is a nonrefundable fee.  Classes will be held at
Dynamic Chiropractic and Wellness Center.
